Package Processing Time
After receiving your order and photos, we will process the order within 24 hours. A professional customization staff member will contact you to confirm the order details. The production time varies depending on the product, and the actual production time will be clarified during the order confirmation communication.

The standard delivery time for our sculptures is 30-60 days. If you would like to track the progress of your order, please contact us at petschella@outlook.com with your order number.

If you want to add or change photos after placing an order, please send an email to petschella@outlook.com within 48 hours after placing the order, including your order number and the updated photos.

Delivery range
We Ship Worldwide. If there is an order that cannot be delivered, we will notify you and refund in the first instance. If you place an abnormal order, please contact our customer service team (petschella@outlook.com) in time, we will be the first time to serve you.

Shipping Fee
The shipping costs will vary depending on the actual total price on your order, when your order over $79, you qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Time&Zone
Each country's logistics time is different and will be affected by the speed of package processing by local logistics providers.

*Petschella is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited the united states.
